The Summer Vibes Music Fest is a one day event that kicks off at noon. The bands start at 12:30 p.m. and will continue to around 10:00 p.m.
Our festival is located on the historic downtown square in Franklin, Kentucky. Located just off I-65, Franklin is about 40 miles north of Nashville TN, and 20 miles south of Bowling Green KY,

New this year is a fast pass that allows you to enter a special line at the beer tent to avoid the wait in the traditional line which can be lengthy. It can ONLY be used at the designated fast pass line at the beer tent. Signs will be posted indicating the fast pass line. It will not be valid at the craft beer truck, food trucks, or bourbon tent. You can purchase the fast pass at the Summer Vibes Merchandise/Info pavilion located at the bandstand on the corner of College St. and Kentucky St. The pass is $25 and valid id will be required at the time of purchase. There is a limited number that will be sold so you should plan to purchase early!!
You will be asked to take them back to your vehicle!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
We encourage you to travel light. Bags must be CLEAR PLASTIC, VINYL, OR PVC. Small clutches or wallets are permitted, but backpacks or large totes that are not clear are not allowed. You may be asked to take them back to your vehicle. Exceptions may be made for medical or family needs.

Volunteers will have white Summer Vibes t-shirts on with a lanyard. These volunteers should be able to answer most questions but if they can not, they will assist you in finding the right person.

Children are always welcome, but the music will be loud, there will be alcohol and lots of people as the day goes on. We encourage you to listen to some songs of our bands to determine if they are a fit for your family.
What's a festival without food and drink? In addition to local favorites from around Franklin's downtown historic district, there will be licensed vendors selling food and drink. No outside food and drink permitted.
Within the event area, water and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase and, for those of you 21 and over, alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
Please drink responsibly. Local law enforcement will be present at this event. Don't send the wrong vibes this weekend.
Yes! There will be portable restrooms available for everyone. Click here for location of the portable restrooms.
Lose something? There will be a lost and found station located at the Information Pavilion. The lost and found will be available until 10:00 pm.
By City of Franklin ordinance, smoking is prohibited on the courthouse lawn. Please step out onto the street if you wish to smoke. Please be respectful of non smokers at all times.
Pets are discouraged but if you do decide to bring your furry friend along here is what you need to know:

It is hot, please make sure your pet stays hydrated and not spend too much time on the hot pavement.
Service dogs are always welcome!
Our goal is for everyone to have a fun, memorable, and safe experience. There will be on-site security for the event. If you need assistance, look for white shirts with "Security" on the back or look for local law enforcement officers that will be all around the festival grounds.
Emergency Services: The office of emergency management will be located at the Simpson County Courthouse on the festival grounds. First aid, cooling stations, and emergency situations will be handled here.
Sorry, no charging station will be available.
